Our Story
Strong Support Services was built from the heart — by husband-and-wife team, Emma and Ben, who share a deep passion for people and a belief that everyone deserves to feel loved, valued, and supported.
Emma has worked in the disability sector since 2008 and always felt called to create a service where people are truly seen and cared for. Ben, once an electrician, realised over time that his real passion was people — helping them grow, connect, and thrive.
For Emma and Ben, it’s not just about providing support — it’s about walking beside people on their journey. They believe in building capacity, nurturing confidence, and leaving each person knowing they are loved, valued, and important.
